Travel agencies can process cancellations directly through our online booking system in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Applicable cancellation fees will be charged as stated.

A-ROSA Ship Manifest
Please note that the ship manifest is a mandatory form to ensure a smooth process with customs, port and border authorities and must therefore be filled outat the latest three weeks prior to departure. Your customers can either do this themselves or you can do it for them if you have all their relevant details on hand. To complete the ship manifest, the information provided in the manifest must match the details on the booking confirmation and invoice (e.g. if a first and middle name are given on the booking confirmation, both must be entered in the “First name” field in the manifest form).
